Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: Your spa experience is very important to me and is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary therefore I inform you that my cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations after the 24-hour time frame or no-shows will be asked for a 50% service deposit before their next appointment. Gift Certificates: Please be advised that all gift certificates are non-refundable. If you are using a gift certificate for your spa experience please ensure you have the barcode number or the physical certificate ready for the time of checkout. Cell-free Zone: Divine Haven is a calm, quiet, tranquil space. To ensure the utmost relaxation during your spa experience please turn all your devices off or on silent before entering the spa room. Fees and Pricing : All pricing is subject to change. Prices do not include tax Health Concerns: Your health and wellness are most important. Please inform me at the time of booking and before your spa experience if you have any medical or health issues of which I should be aware of.
